Combining the skills of a consultant with the sensibility of an artist, Laura Siner works with business leaders and teams to create inspired strategies that support organizational effectiveness, innovation and growth.

Along with working as a strategic advisor to business leaders and creative-minded professionals, Laura nurtures a lifelong passion for acting and draws on this experience, in particular, when facilitating groups and leading workshops.  She has performed on stage in New York City in a wide range of roles and has also acted in film and television.

Laura holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She is a certified transformational coach, KMI MasterMind facilitator, and Osborn-Parnes Creative Problem Solving facilitator.
